Sunnylove Baby Prouducts Zhuhai Co.,Ltd. Has reached cooperation with Guangzhou Customs Technology Center and Xiamen Institute of Technology to promote the innovation of child car seats in China.

On October 8, Sunnylove and Guangzhou Customs Technology Center jointly built and Shared the child car seat collosion experiment Zhuhai remote Service Station was inaugurated in Zhuhai and Guangzhou.

Mr.Liu Xiuping, Chairman of Sunnylove, Dr.Han Yong, Vice President of School of Mechanical and Automobile Engineering, Xiamen Institute of Technology, Mr.Hu Bin,director of SFV project team, Mr. Liu Honglai and other guests attended the launching ceremony.

On the same day, Mr.Cang Anguo, director of the laboratory, and Mr.Xing Kongyu, director of the car seat project of Sunnylove, also participated in the ribbon-cutting activity at the same time in the Techincal Center of Guangzhou Customs.

Subsequently, the person in charge of the car seat project team of Sunnylove carried out the Q3 dummy civil air defense misuse collision test of ECE R129 with European standard car seat in strict accordance with the regulations, and realized the synchronous sharing of experimental process and data in Guangzhou and Zhuhai through remote control technology.

After careful preparation, the experiment came to a successful conclusion with a “bang”. According to the results of the synchronous sharing in the field, the data of the new safety seats tested were perfect.

In addition, the day’s opening was also put into use the Sunnylove and Xiamen Institute of Technology jointly built children restraint system Research and Development center.

According to introducing, the Research and Development center makes full use of internet technology to connect industry institute of technology, research and development center in Xiamen, both can be used in Xiamen institute of technology college of mechanical and automotive engineering simulation experiment resources, but also in the research and development center of Zhuhai Sunnylove through the internet resource scheduling using simulation experiment, all the results will contribute to the popularization and promotion of Chinese children occupant safety concept, improvement of car seat quality, can use industrial research and development for the enterprise internet innovation, realize Win-Win situation,  development of colleges and enterprise.
